This customer, they are having a recirculating issue where the hot water is not reaching the bathrooms upstairs fast enough so I as a result what I recommend is replacing the grunt recirculation pump with a brand new one in lieu of that I would also replace the pressure reducing valve with a brand new Watts 25AUB, also properly mounting the thermal expansion tank to the wall. The reason for the thermal expansion tank is because it is on a close the loop system with a recirculation line so therefore that is why it is needed. We will need to order parts for this job so that when the customer is ready, we will get it installed.
