we responded to a service call regarding two toilets. We had previously serviced, which were found to be continuously running after inspection. We identify that the flush valve O-ring in the canister style flush assembly was likely the cause of the leak as a courtesy to the customer, we ordered and replaced all five O-rings at no additional labor charge. We informed the customer that if this solution does not resolve the issue, the next step will be to replace the entire canister style twin flush assembly. We will perform that installation at no extra labor cost, though the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new assembly parts
