Callback for inconsistent hot water. This has been a repeat complaint and we have been out several times for the same issue. Arrived and spoke with Troy. He expressed considerable frustration over the last month. He specifically pointed to specific incidents, such as the kitchen sink going completely cold (and the dishwasher was in use at this time) recently. The master bathroom shower doesn’t seem to be getting very hot, or staying hot. The tub has been filled up once without running out of hot water (previously the tub filled up a little and then only produced cold water). He is also frustrated with the amount of time and the decision to replace the tankless with a Navien. He expressed frustration that he was told Navien was a better option than his preferred choice of Rinnai, which is a customer of his firm’s.
