Call for sewage pump alarm. Arrived and met with Tim. They have a livery dual pump system installed outside for the whole home. The original sewer line had settling issues, which prompted Tim to have the pump systems installed approximately 15 years ago. The system has a few issues. The pumps are very deteriorated, the float switch has failed, the basin cover has settled and pushed the sewer line down approximately one inch, and the air admittance valve needs to be replaced. I discussed the issues and solutions with Tim. He would like to replace the system due to age and condition. I gave a ballpark estimate, as the plumbing supply houses open on the weekend were unavailable to provide availability of parts. Will return a call or text Monday to confirm availability and schedule replacement.
