Call to provide estimate to cp gas line, and return to reinstall after floor work. Capped gas line, relit water heater. Estimate provided to reinstall gas line after floor work is done. While on site I performed a water pressure test and found the pressure to be 70 psi mid morning, taken at water heater. The thermal expansion tank bladder is ruptured, and is no longer functioning correctly. I discussed concerns with water pressure and the mainline, which is galvanized and original to the home. After providing options to address these concerns, Chris would like us to return Thursday to replace the water mainline. I will replace this and address the expansion tank at this time.
