Return to install water heater and pressure regulating valve. Removed old water heater and cleaned site. Installed new 50 gallon water heater, drip pan, thermal expansion tank, and shut off valve. Also added sediment trap to gas line. Replaced pressure regulating valve and installed new shut off valve for home, as original has seized. Spoke with Matt about care and maintenance of water heater.
