Customer originally called us out due to a freeze related failure at next year hose. Inspection we determine the freeze caused the ball valve to separate, causing some water damage. While on site, we performed the thorough evaluation of water system as a whole.During this evaluation, we found both 264 262‘s water heaters to be extremely aged and recommended replacement due to the condition. Customer approved replacement. Customer’s mother occupies the the 264 side of the property. During evaluation of the unit, we tested the existing pressure and found the water pressure to be high, indicating that the PRV had failed. Customer approved PRV replacement new PRV was furnished installed and pressure was retested to confirm proper regulation within a safe operating range. Customer also opted to replace half inch shut off valve for exterior hose bib. However we did notice line was still frozen customer opted not to fix at this time. We did furnish and installed 250 gallon electric water
