For this customer came out to the call for hot water in the shower, not heating up in the shower. However, I took a look around the residence, took a look at the kitchen sink faucet, following the lavatory faucet and in the shower. And the water is about lukewarm, not completely hot on the tankless. It is showing an error code of E5, which is indicating that the heating element either has a problem and or the electrical supply has a problem. This typically is a problem with the electrical and not the water. In our professional opinion, I recommend calling a certified electrician to take a further look at the electrical issue before proceeding with any repairs if y’all choose to go with said repairs, it would be replacing the heating elements of the tankless water heater however we typically do not work on tankless water heaters that are electric.
