Customer initially contacted us regarding a non-functioning garbage disposal button. Upon evaluation, we confirm the air activated switch mechanism has failed. Replacement was recommended. During the full system evaluation, water pressure was tested and found to be within safe operating limits. We also identified 2-50 gallon water heaters that were manufactured in 2008 and a failed thermal expansion tank. Due to the age and condition , immediate replacement of both water heaters and associated piping in parallel, as well as expansion tank is strongly recommended to prevent potential failure and property damage. Estimates were provided for recommended work. (we left garbage disposal off due to switch, not shutting off immediately creating a potential hazard)
