Chen does good work, but I had my service request pushed back two times. One day I waited an entire day for service that never happened. When Chen did show up after another half day of waiting to see if someone was available, the simple task of about an hour that required no repairs to anything, having two bathrooms sink faucets replaced (I’d provided the fixtures), I was charged $850. I had agreed to that price and regretted it ever since. I will call a different plumber next time I need one, unfortunately.
