Came out for a sewage ejection pump that was tripping the breaker. Arrived and inspected pump. 2 year old zoeller pump. We reset the breaker and wiggled the wires. Pump kicked in and alarm shut off. Believe the float got stuck and it set the alarm off. The draw of both the pump and alarm was triggering the gfci since they were running so long. Reset everything and ran lots of water to confirm proper function of the sewage ejection pump. Recommend to the homeowner he plug the alarm into a different outlet than the pump. During the diagnostic I found water pressure was at 140 psi. We replaced PRV in the garage. Left quote for two water heaters >10 years in age. 1 in garage, 1 in basement. No further issue at this time. Set new water pressure to 70 psi.
