Customer stated that there was a leak coming from upstairs. Looked around and found in laundry room wash machine pan was wet and also broken. Looked at plumbing side for washing machine and didn’t notice any issues. At this time recommended customer to have an appliance guy come out and inspect wash machine. Also stated to customer to use shower and guest bedroom to see if problem gets worse if so, then we can come back and cut sheet rock. Also checked pressure and found pressure was above 80psi and that water heater was over 10 years old. Recommended to customer to have PRV replaced as well as water heater. Will send estimate for repairs needed.
