Customer had two bathroom groups upstairs that were backing up. Flushed a toilet and noted water backing up in the tub. Gave camper a price to pull a toilet and run the camera to determine the issue. Informed customer that if I could, I would attempt to push through with the camera, but if not, then additional pricing and steps would be necessary to clear the stoppage. Cautioned customer that the flange may need attention when toilet is pulled, and that we won’t know until we pull the toilet. The flange was stacked, but we installed a pvc flange with rubber seal inside of lead pipe to correct the issue as a courtesy. Tirade for 1-2 hours to get the camera to turn through the double wye the toilets are on but was unable to make the turn with the camera. This made it unsafe to put any cable machines in the line in the event that the machine runs through the other toilet. The vent going up through the roof was cast.
