Call for running/leaking toilet. Met with Musa and he explained that the toilet has been running and dripping water in the master bathroom. I inspected toilet and found the fill valve was broken and spraying water. Water was being sprayed at toilet handle, and on lid, resulting in drops under toilet. Shut off valve didn’t work. Also checked kitchen faucet at Musas request. Faucet is a builder grade faucet and is leaking from housing. Checked pressure and found it to be over 80psi. I provided options for repairing and replacing prv, toilet, and faucet. Mr. Musa elected to repair toilet today. I replaced toilet fill valve, supply line, and replaced shut off stem. Slowly pressurized house and checked for leaks. I still encourage replacement options for builder grade fixtures and toilets, as the age and condition of the rest of the components is still a concern.
