Customer had a disconnected trap below sink strainer on right hand compartment in kitchen sink. Also noted rusting on the strainer indication a leak there. Replaced the sink strainer and reconnected the existing trap. Tested to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Also left price for new power venting water heater since the existing on is almost 20 years old and required proactive replacement due to the excessive age.
