For this customer they have a wet spot on the ceiling of the garage, the customer had an access panel for their whirlpool tub in the master bathroom where the toilet is at. The spot in the ceiling needs to be cleaned and sanitized, I looked for this concealed leak by opening up the access panel to discover the leak, I filled up the tub about 6 in below the waste and overflow, in addition to that I waited to see if I saw anything in the mean time. While I was waiting the leak was coming out of the one of the jet ports and it is a very small leak however it was leaking down in to the garage below. At this time there is no work to be done due to that fact that we do not work on jetted tubs and or regular bathtubs. The water pressure is at 50 psi, the water heater is located in the basement, the dog was in the basement and so therefore I didn’t take a look at it. At this time no work will be performed.
