Upon arrival, found from customer that the whole house is backing up when a large amount of water is run. Found that the toilet is leaking from the flange into the basement below. Pulled the toilet in the master and ran a camera. There was no standing water in the pipes (video attached). Made it around 60 feet and couldn’t push any further because of too many turns. Didn’t have to run a snake so reduced the price to pull and reset of toilet and running camera. Gave customer options to either install a two way cleanout or open pipe in crawlspace and run the camera. Also noted that the tankless needs to be flushed and that galvanized line in yard needs to be replaced. Price is to cut open ABS in crawlspace and run camera to tap if camera is able to make it. Repair cut section with pipe and fernco couplings. Customer opted to run camera from the crawlspace. Went down and heard water running into the crawlspace. Found that a hole was cut in the top of the pipe and whoever put a fernco bac
