Supply and Install RHEEM 40 Gallon Gas Tall Water Heater: Remove and disconnect existing water heater. Install new 40-gallon gas tall water heater supplied by Chen Plumbing in the same location. Installation includes setting a new drip pan (if pan fits in accessible space) and installing a new thermal expansion tank to manage system pressure changes. A new full-port ball valve will be installed on the cold water supply line to improve flow and facilitate future maintenance. Venting will be inspected and adjusted or replaced as needed to ensure safe exhaust. Upon completion, the system will be thoroughly tested for performance and safety. Old water heater will be hauled away and responsibly disposed of.
