Supply and Install RHEEM 40 Gallon Gas Short Water Heater: Remove and disconnect existing water heater. Install new 40-gallon gas short water heater supplied by Chen Plumbing in the existing location. Installation includes placing a new drip pan (if pan fits in accessible space) and fitting a new thermal expansion tank to help regulate pressure in the system. A new full-port ball valve will be installed on the cold water supply line for better flow and easier future servicing. Venting will be reviewed and adjusted or replaced as needed to ensure proper exhaust function. Once installation is complete, the system will be thoroughly tested for safe and reliable operation.
