Work includes setting a new drip pan (if pan fits in accessible space), installing a new thermal expansion tank to protect the plumbing system from pressure fluctuations, and replacing the existing shutoff with a new full-port ball valve on the cold water supply line for improved flow and serviceability. System will be thoroughly tested upon completion to ensure proper operation and safety.
