While performing the original approved scope of work, additional issues were discovered. The customer was promptly notified of these findings. At the time they were identified. Upon further inspection, it was determined that back falling was present in multiple areas and fittings, not just an original suspected section. Prevents proper drainage and will led to ongoing or reoccurring issues if not fully addressed. Customer understands,due to findings. Additional piping must be removed and replaced and additional sheet rock must be cut to properly access the correct and affected areas. The scope of work has expanded to ensure piping is installed with proper slope and functions as intended Customer initially approved multiple work options, following the camera inspection that revealed the belly and back pitched drain line.
