This was our first time using Chen and they exceeded our expectations. Our technician was quick to assess the problem and explained how he recommended solving it. He checked in with us throughout the process and advised us on an unforeseen issue and how he was planning to fix it and obtained our approval before proceeding. Communication from customer service and tech on-site was top notch. Will use again in the future.
