Compliments to Chen Plumbing for sending Cody out to my home to replace the water heater. Cody was on time for the first visit to evaluate and provide an estimate. He thoroughly explained the work needed and the costs. The next day he returned, again at the time we agreed, with his associate, Christian, and they efficiently completed the replacement. Cody reviewed the work that was completed, including photos, and left the house clean and removed all the old parts and equipment.
