Call for toilet not flushing well. Arrived and met with Steve. He has a toilet in the basement that wasn’t flushing well. This morning he almost cancelled the call because it appeared to be working, and on the third test flush he noticed irregularities again, as well as water on the floor. Pulled toilet and ran sewer machine and camera to clear line. When pulling toilet we found sewage had built up under the toilet, and some type of worms or pests were massing under the toilet. Cleaned and sanitized as best as possible. Cleared line and inspected with the camera. Found soft tissue blockage. Cast iron in house is in poor condition, and has bellies. I strongly encourage replacing the lines. Toilet flange is not a correct flange, and is some kind of remedial solution to replacing the flange in the floor.
