Customer stated that when shower is on, there will be a leak that goes into basement. Took a look at the shower and recommended customer to call a tile guy because it seemed like water was leaking through shower pan or through grout on the tile. At this time, customer didn’t want me to cut sheet rock to look at shower valve. Also found that water heaters from the year 2000 and recommended to have it replaced. Will send estimate to do so.
