Customer moved into the home in 2020. There was an old patch in the ceiling at the time of the move in. Customer had noted a single drop of water under the patch but didn’t know if it was from the dog or kids. The patch doesn’t appear to be wet or stained. Customer showed up upstairs pop up assembly that had a leak under a lavatory faucet. Started with the known leak as a first step. If any water presents itself in the future then a quote was left for drywall cutting and leak diagnostics. Customer was missing a thermal expansion device. Left pricing to install.
