Call for bidet not functioning correctly. Arrived and discussed concerns. Mr. Bash states bidet is around one year old. He has replaced the remote batteries in the last couple days. Remote shows three red lights. Flush button work. Light, bidet cleaning feature both respond to remote.Bidet does not. When bidet is activated three red lights appear on remote. Removed filter from shut off valve and found it had some small amount of debris. Cleaned filter and replaced. Tested bidet cleaning feature and still had low flow, and bidet feature wouldn’t activate (showing three solid red lights again). Pressure on house is 55 psi. Home has moen Flo to warn of any unusual pressure issues. No kinks in hoses, or other installation errors present. When following deer valley trouble shooting we are left at two options, a replacement nozzle and a solenoid failure.
