Big Snake Main Drain From Toilet Pull & Reset (Drain Cleaning): Remove toilet. Run big snake to attempt to clear blockage in main line. Toilet reinstall with new wax seal, closet bolts if necessary, flexible metal-braided supply line, and caulking. While expertly performed, Chen Plumbing does not guarantee using the big snake will clear the blockage. NOTE: Drain cleaning services are not covered under warranty. Due to the nature of drain blockages and clogs, we cannot guarantee that the issue will not reoccur after service. Our technicians will do their best to resolve the problem during the visit, but factors such as underlying plumbing conditions, recurring debris, and pipe damage may affect long-term results. Performed work mentioned above. Insured line was not clogged by flushing toilet over 20 times and running water down Drain line to confirm line was no longer clogged.
