Job Checkin

Call for loose toilet after recent work, and a shower system replacement. Arrived and inspected all requested items. This included the powder room toilet being loose. This was resolved by reapplying the adhesive sealant. It appears as if toilet was moved slightly prior to complete adhesive cure. Toilet is not moving by the time I left the job site. Shower system was a panel style system of unknown brand. A new system was present on site. The complaint for the old system was that it had very low pressure, it took a very long time to get hot water, and the electrical components were not functioning. I removed old unit and found supply lines protruding 5rough a small hole in the tile. Tile was broken in several places behind the unit, likely during this systems installation. I had to turn water off to the home during this work because shut off valves were inaccessible inside the wall.
