Informed customer that a pressure check would be necessary for any work done involving the domestic water system in the home. Found the house pressure over psi. When locating the prv behind the water heater and noted the heater was over 20 years old. Recommendations: - Replace water theater with a new thermal expansion tank, shutoff, and drip pan - Replace the PRV and whole house shutoff - Reroute drain and water lines Description of work as sold: Price is to furnish and install a new 50 gallon gas water heater with a new thermal expansion tank, whole house shutoff, and prv. Reroute water lines, and drain lines upstairs to match center line for vanities. Completed all work as quoted. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.
