Customer supplied part Rebuild Moen Flo Customer had the replacement part for the Moen flow, which is indicating the turbine turbine had failed causing incorrect numbers on the Moen app and that is what he wanted to be installed. The old parts came out all rusted in the customer had the parts waiting for her to be installed lubed up both old rings put the new turbine in and put the unions back with the flow attached. I had to carefully shop vac the water out of the pipes in order to not make a mess on the floor however I did put a plastic drop cloth down for extra measures just in case any water did come off the wall and onto the floor once complete. There’s no leaks in. The customer verified that the Moen flow app is working correctly now And at this time there are no further issues. Water pressure is about 65-70 psi roughly it’s a furthermore.
