Client called us out due to their 40 gal nat gas water heater in garage leaking. It was from 2008. We replaced the water heater with new 50 gal Rheem pro series nat gas water heater, installed up to code with new pan, gas flex, ball valve shutoff, and properly supported expansion tank per code. Also, the homes pressure reducing valve in the crawl space had failed allowing 120 psi into home. We corrected that by replacing the failed pressure regulator with new watts 25aub and also new ball valve shutoff.
