Upstairs behind lavatory faucet cut out section of broken cast iron piping and replace with new pvc piping. Lavatory vanity will need to be removed in order to have access to pipe. Also will need to cap hot and cold water lines. Chen plumbing may remove vanity but won’t be responsible for putting it back and also won’t be responsible if broken Went ahead and completed quoted work. Tested and no leaks present at this time. Customer also wanted us to reinstall vanity so we did so. Installed new service valves and supply lines. There will be no warranty on service valves and or vanity hook up due to vanity not being properly supported. Tested all connections and no leaks present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Also, if there’s any other leaks on cast-iron, there will be an additional charge to make repair.
