Customer elected to just replace the one valve even though other valves under sink are same incorrect compression style on polybutylene. Replace stop valve and ensured no leaks. Water pressure tested at 100 psi. Left quote for regulator replacement but will take cutting drywall or removing water heater to access the PRV. Toilet in hall bathroom making loud noise from fill valve. Left quote to rebuild toilet. House is a slab home that has been partially repipe but there is still a lot of polybutylene lines running under the slab. Left quote to repipe the whole house. Left water off at meter at home owners request so she does t have to keep the house heated while it is vacant.
