Came out to property for various leaks on the water system inside the home. There was a leak coming from the attic causing some damage to the ceiling below. There were 2 leaks on the cold side of the Week old water heater, one on the ice maker shutoff valve, and one on the cold water shutoff to the water heater. We checked homes water pressure and it was almost 100 psi, which is a good bit higher than that 79 psi threshold. Safe range is 50-79 psi. To correct this pressure issue, the pressure reducing valve in the garage closet where water heater is will to be replaced. The 2 leaks on the water heater should have been replaced with the week old water heater, but evidently were not. Also the gas line for the water heater is copper, and should not be copper per code. Left estimates to replace the failed pressure reducing valve and also to repipe that cold side of the new water heater with proper fittings and valves. Today we got the leak in the attic stopped. I cut out the ice maker
