Under one kitchen sink remove existing insta hot. Install new customer supplied insta hot with faucet. Customer called us out for few things. One was to install customer supplied kitchen faucet and insta hot under sink. Also that one sink wasn’t draining great. Customer agreed to have insta hot installed. Went ahead and attempted to install insta hit but found that faucet base assembly clamp was broken. Contacted customer support and they need proof of purchase. Wasn’t able to get into contact with customer so left note for customer in what to do to get replacement part and also phone number if she has any questions. Once replacement part is in we will be able to come back out and install insta hot at no additional cost. At this time just removed existing insta hot and properly disposed of it.
