Customer has a 5 year old tankless Rinnai unit in the garage. Customer stated water is taking long to get hot. Checked recirculation pump and it is still working correctly it seems. Customer stated last time this happened that a flush corrected the issue. Customer opted to sign up for a membership and do a tankless flush since it’s included in the membership. Added a service sticker to the unit to track services rendered to the unit moving forward. Cautioned customer that the flushing of a tankless unit can cause leaks that need to be addressed separately. Also made customer aware that flushing the unit is a first step.
