When purchasing a new washer/dryer, we discovered a problem with the water connections that had to be repaired before installing the new appliances. We also had had a problem on and off for years with the drain system of the washer. Tim Chen to the rescue. He came in, assessed the problems and went to work. Cleaned everything up after his work, very professional and courteous. We’ve used several companies over the years who were just “okay”. No more of that - will be calling Tim Chen when problems arise.
