Customer was curious about options for a toilet replacement. Gave option replacements and gave quote after thorough evaluation showed PRV thermal expansion and water heater replacements needed. Shut down water to home at meter and drain down portable water system. Shut off gas to water heater and drain down as well. Use ladder to access difficult crawlspace with no entry door to remove PRV and install above drop ceiling in basement. Install new three-quarter inch ball valve in accessible location prior to PRV and drop ceiling. Once water heater is drained detach and remove. Place new 50 gallon gas rheem water heater in pan. Install new 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tank and secure to wood bracing. Replace gas valve for water heater as well as cold water inlet valve. Install new yellow pigtail for gas line of water heater. Provide and install new comfort height, elongated bowl white porcelain toilet on main floor.
