Customer was using the shower one day and had water back up and gurgle. This caused customer to contact the county to inspect the line. County came out multiple times to clear the line. County noted a belly in the line that is one foot off of their responsibility. Customer has had other plumbers mark her line to determine the location. Ran a camera to determine the condition of the line. Located up to 65 feet out from the cleanout and couldn’t get any accurate locations past that due to interference. Found the belly starts 10 feet after the 65 foot mark, and then continued for 13 feet. This appears to end roughly at the curb. Informed customer that pricing would be given to replace that section of the line from roughly where my mark is, up to the curb. Anything past that will be the responsibility of the county.
