For this customer, we were called out for water, not being onto the home. I came out to the residence to find out that the waterline to the house has been turned off due to the CUSTOMER the reason it was turned off is a factor of that the waterlines had frozen, causing no water to pass through any of the fixtures, and the customer wanted to take the precaution of making sure nothing explodes in the home because all their waterlines are in the attic, they turned off the water and they wanted a professional to come out to ensure that there’s no issues with the waterlines I couldn’t find any issues.
