For this CUSTOMER came out to the CUSTOMER‘s home to do a thorough evaluation of their plumbing system to ensure everything is working properly. Their water heater is from 2012 electric lowboy I highly recommend the customer getting that rectified and replaced just due to the factor of the age and potential causes it could happen in the crawlspace would replace it with a brand new lowboy electric water heater in the crawlspace. It’s at 38 gallon gave an estimate for that. Also upon my evaluation the widespread faucet in the bathroom is not properly secure to the pedestal sink underneath the faucet is a lot of oxidization in rust and I recommend to replace the faucet at this time. Everything is complete. We did replace the sewer line in the front of the house pretty recently however, I did do a camera inspection of the sewer line as well. I also recommended the CUSTOMER not to flush their water heater due to age unless we plan on replacing the unit due to the fact that it is 14 years ol
