Customer had no water in the home. Inspected the water meter and found that it had been locked. Recommended calling the city for next steps. Customer stated he had a sewer line clog and cleanout access in the back yard. Stated a camera inspection is necessary before running a snake and gave pricing. Customer declined work at this time.
