Customer has a hole in the ceiling above the kitchen. There is damage to the subfloor from a failed wax ring/flange. A pull and reset is recommended to correct the seal and check the flange for damage. Recommended also having Reliable out to inspect the damage and see if remediation is necessary. Customer opted to wait on the pull and reset until Reliable can inspect the damage.
