Upon arrival customer stated that his water heater was leaking. Informed the customer we would have to replace the water heater. Gave customer estimate to replace water heater. Customer approved estimate to replace water heater. Drained the old water heater and cut it out. Installed a new ball valve shutoff valve, new thermal expansion tank with mounting bracket, new drain pan, and a new 50 gallon water heater. Tested system and system is working with no issues or leaks. Also informed the customer it would take 30 to 45 minutes until he had hot water.
