Customer had water streaming through top of window framing by kitchen window every time her husband lavatory faucet ran. Gave diagnostic price to cut and determine the source of the leak. Found the source of the leak to be a nail in the drain line in the wall where drain passes through a stud in the wall. Recommended Reliable Restoration look at the damage and give options for remediation. The Ptrap was hooked up incorrectly and fell off while cutting. Left the trap removed and put insulation in the pipe to stem the smell of sewer gasses into the bathroom. Also shut off the stops to the affected faucet. Left price to replace both faucets since one is dripping and one is leaking from the handle, as well as reworking and repairing the drain.
