Customer had cold water throughout house. Tim spoke with customer on Tuesday and gave price to replace a 1 for 1 swap with a Rinnai tankless unit. Upon arrival, customer wanted their plumbing reconnected for their new kitchen. Informed customer that we don’t install dishwashers anymore. Advised that the water had to be reconnected in the kitchen cabinet for their new new dishwasher (when it’s installed) to be brought back up to code. Gave customer additional pricing to install a basket strainer, reinstall their old faucet from their kitchen, run a new trap into an AAV, and install a new stop for the dishwasher. Bundled the quoted work in a separate estimate. Customer approved quoted work in addition to the tankless unit.
