Call for sewer backup. Used sewer machine and camera to clear line from small pvc clean out. Ran water in conjunction with camera and sewer machine several times to clear soft tissue sludge type backup. After clearing line I used camera several times to inspect pipe. We identified a cracked sewer line with the bottom having fallen out, allowing liquids to dump out of pipe and leaving solids to pile up. Used locator to identify section that needs to be replaced, spoke with Tom about scheduling and scope of work involved. He would like to replace broken section this week. We will return to prep site for work, and then perform repairs the following morning. Tom has said he will facilitate moving some shelving to provide access via the back entrance, and allowing us to work without dragging equipment through the store.
