2/10/26: Customer had multiple faucets that were either dripping or leaking from the top. None of the shutoff valves were either holding all the way or were leaking. Per customer request, inspected the shutoffs for the outdoor hose bibs, the shutoffs for all toilets and faucets in the house, as well as the faucets, toilets, and shower valves. The toilet in the powder room on the main floor was recently rebuilt and needed nothing. The upstairs toilet had a toilet with original equipment in the tank that needed replacing. The shower valves are single handle and weren’t leaking. Gave customer price for toilet rebuild, replacing all stops, and replacing a widespread faucet upstairs, the center spread lavatory faucets, and the kitchen faucet. Also gave option to replace 14 year old heater, correct high pressure, and repair leaking section of abs piping. Customer approved all work.
