Upon arrival, customer stated that the macerator pump alarm was going off periodically. After several attempts to re-create the issue, the technician was unable to recreate what the customer has stated was happening. As a precaution, auger was used on the toilet and the sink drain was cleaned due to the fact the toilet wasn’t discharging the toilet paper as intended when flushed, and the sink was not draining as it should. The toilet now clears when flushed and the sink drains properly. However, the problem originally stated by the customer was unable to be recreated, and there are no signs of what would have caused this issue other than a possible obstruction insider the pump that was cleared by normal use.
